We deliver as fast as we can! Bear in mind that we source deals from all over the world. So, sometimes we are able to deliver faster than others. That said, we try to keep delivery times within a maximum of 3 weeks. It is never a secret where your product is, so you can always ask us and we'll keep you informed. If we are experiencing a delay with your package, you'll be the first to know.
This is a tricky one, but it can be done. If the item you bought doesn't fit quite right, we'll be happy to recommend a great tailor that can alter the item and deliver the fit you want at a very cost efficient price. If you're sure that there is no fixing the fit issue (and it has been less than 5 days after your item was delivered), we'll take your item back and we'll try to get another customer to fall in love with it. If we manage to place it, we'll reimburse you of the cost of the item. Shipping & handling fees won't be reimbursed.
Once you've spotted something you love, we'll expect a 50% price deposit. The remaining 50% shall become due once the item has arrived in the Republic of Panama.
Yikes! Although very rare, there are items that simply never make it home, or they are delivered in conditions that are not acceptable to us. If this happens to you babe, you'll receive a 100% reimbursement.
